Meetings are open to all Alumni who have successfully completed the FBI Charlotte Citizens' Academy. Non-dues-paying members may attend, but have no voting privileges. Dues-paying members are considered to be in "good standing" and enjoy voting privileges and invitations to special functions, such as Alumni Range Day, trips to Quantico, etc. Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting venue will be available at 6:00, for those members who wish to bring their dinner with them. Unless otherwise stated, meetings are held at the Asian Herald Library (in the King's Tower Building), 1339 Baxter Street, Charlotte, North Carolina. Facing the building, the door is located on the far right.

	November 14 (Revised Date): Topic TBA. Nominations posted. December 19: Board of Directors elections. Two vacancies. Board will then appoint officers for 2008.
